Use of the Site

The site is provided for informational and lead-capture purposes. You agree to provide accurate information on any form you submit and not to misuse the site.

SMS / Text Messaging Program

ZENTAI Martial Arts operates an informational SMS program that sends booking confirmations, class and appointment reminders, and account notifications to numbers that have opted in. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages. You must be 18 or older, or have parent/guardian consent, to opt in.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact family@zentai.us or 1-888-4ZENTAI.
• Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Programs, Classes, and Bookings

Trial classes, memberships, birthday parties, camps, and events are subject to availability and the policies posted on the applicable booking or registration page.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and video, is owned by ZENTAI Martial Arts or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZENTAI Martial Arts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
