ZENTAI Martial Arts ("ZENTAI," "we," "us") operates zentai.us and its family of martial arts schools in New Jersey. This Privacy Policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information We Collect
- Contact information you provide through our forms (name, email, phone number, child's age range, preferred location).
- Communication preferences, including whether you opted in to receive text messages.
- Basic analytics (pages viewed, referrer, approximate device type) used to improve the site.
How We Use Information
- To schedule your free trial class, birthday party, or event, and to respond to your inquiries.
- To send booking confirmations, class and appointment reminders, and account notifications when you opt in to text messaging.
- To improve our website, programs, and customer service.
SMS / Text Messaging
When you provide your phone number and check the SMS consent box on any ZENTAI form, you agree to receive informational text messages from ZENTAI Martial Arts at that number. Message types are limited to booking confirmations, class and appointment reminders, and account notifications. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages on this program. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact family@zentai.us or 1-888-4ZENTAI.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers we use to run our business (for example, our CRM, email provider, and scheduling platform) and only to the extent needed to deliver what you requested. We do not sell your information.
Your Choices
- You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
- You can unsubscribe from email at any time using the link in any email or by writing to us.
- You can request access to or deletion of your information by emailing family@zentai.us.
Children
Our forms are completed by parents or guardians on behalf of children. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13.
