ZENTAI Martial Arts is a kids martial arts and leadership development school with four locations in New Jersey (Belleville, Clifton, Hackensack, and North Arlington). We use the science-based SKILLZ curriculum to build confident, disciplined, respectful children through age-specific martial arts training. ZENTAI means "whole" in Japanese — we develop the complete person: body, mind, heart, soul, and spirit.

We offer age-specific programs from age 3 through adult: Early Skillz (3-4), Basic Skillz (5-6), Core Skillz (7-9), Extreme Skillz (10-14), Teens (15-17), and Adults (18+).
